Jasmine is an AI, not a person. Ask about profiles, links, cards, pricing, and privacy. Suggestions need your approval before anything is saved. Never share passwords or verification codes in chat.

General answers are available to everyone. Personal AI — where Jasmine answers questions about your profile to your visitors — is a Premium feature.

For a private account question or a support ticket, sign in.

Can't log in?

Use forgot password to reset it by email. If that doesn't work, support tickets require a signed-in account — there is no separate email or phone line. You can create a new account if needed, then open a ticket.

General help is available through Jasmine without an account.
